Health, Safety and Security

H&S is led by our Strategic Finance officer Olivia Beckett, supported by our Site Team.

Regular monitoring takes place of all aspects of the school, risk assessments undertaken and improvements made to prevent future problems.

The security of our pupils during the school day is our priority. Members of our staff wear an identity badge and all visitors must sign in at the school office. The school employs CCTV on the site to monitor security.

Students are expected to stay on the school site at lunchtime.

Any pupil who is unwell or has a minor accident during the school day can report to the HomeBase team.

The school has a medical room and several trained first aiders.

If it is necessary, parents will be informed that their child is not well.

Please see this : Health and Safety Leaflet 2023 for more information.
